The "Traunmuehle"
(Traun mill) is an estate from the 18th Century
and is situated on a large field on the road between
Bad Aussee (3km) and Grundlsee
(1km)
Here you can relax in the garden furniture or take a dip in the naturally formed swimming pool which is continually fed from the nearby river Traun. On warm summer evenings, you can enjoy yourselves outside in the covered BBQ area

The apartment,
on the first and second floors, can be reached over outside stairs.
On the first floor, there is a living room, large hall, bathroom, WC,
and a washing machine.
The second floor can be reached via an inside staircase. Here there is a
spacious hall, living room, 3 bedrooms for two to three people as well as a
childrens room which can also be used for up to 3 adults. The rooms are
partially furnished with traditional furniture (see photos).
The living room is equipped with sat. TV and has a large balcony.
In the kitchen there is a sink, a wood stove and a corner bank. In the
connecting "preparation room", there are two refrigerators, an
electric stove with 3 hot plates and an oven, a griller, microwave oven, coffee machine, mixer,
cutlery, pots and pans.
